The Winchester Housing Authority is overseen by a five-person Board of Commissioners four are elected by the residents of Winchester and one is appointed by the Governor. The board meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:30pm in person. The agenda is posted on the Towns website the Friday before each meeting. Pre-registration is required (see agenda).
